then i came to thinking.. what do you think about when your working out/exercising? anything in particular? are you listening to your mp3 player? does listening to music get you hyped/pumped?!
For ME.. at this point in time - i'm just really wanting to lose the extra baby fat that has accumulated over the small span of time i had my girls.. So when i'm hitting the gym hard doing the free weights, i'm listening to my iphone gym mix.. and what really goes through my head is ..
"Must - Get - Sexy" LOL! I think for the most part it works.. gets me throught my workout! I actually do love going to the gym! I just had a slump where I was unmotivated, bloated and just felt down in the dumps..
Exercising really got me out of the slump since i've got back into my routine!
One of my idols that i look up to is Jennifer Nicole Lee! She's a Mommy of two, She has an amazing body - and I absolutely adore her! google her! she's amazing and has an awesome figure!!
I hope to have my body like that one day!
